By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to the wider IVAO Terms of Use and Rules & Regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• This website is for registered IVAO members. Access requires signing in with your IVAO account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login or impersonate another member.
• You agree to keep the information associated with your account accurate and up to date.

When using this website you must:

• Follow the IVAO Rules & Regulations and all XU Division policies;
• Not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data;
• Not submit false information, abuse booking systems, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Treat staff and fellow members with respect in all interactions.

Use of the Training Management System is subject to division training policy. Session availability, bookings, attendance, no-show handling and cancellations follow that policy, and training progression, ratings and endorsements remain at the discretion of division staff. Repeated no-shows or abuse of the booking system may result in restrictions on your access to training features.

Event ATC bookings and flight slots are offered subject to availability and may be reallocated or cancelled by staff. Where you book a position or slot, you are expected to honour that commitment or cancel in good time so others may take it. Details you provide for events are used only to run that event.

Linking Discord or connecting Google Calendar is optional and enabled only by your action. These integrations are also governed by the providers' own terms, and you may disconnect them at any time from your account. See our Privacy Policy for what data these integrations involve.

You are responsible for the information you submit through the website, including training notes, applications and messages. You must not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, and you grant the division permission to store and process what you submit for the purpose of providing the service.

Content, branding and materials on this website belong to IVAO and the XU Division unless stated otherwise, and are provided for members' personal, non-commercial use within IVAO. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

This is a volunteer-run, non-commercial service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the XU Division and its volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. IVAO is a simulation environment and nothing here relates to real-world aviation.

Division staff may restrict or withdraw access to some or all of this website where these terms or IVAO regulations are breached, in line with IVAO's disciplinary processes. Serious breaches may be referred to IVAO HQ.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
